I saw this recipe on Sunday Brunch – with the Juice Master and had to try it out – and it’s wonderful! so full of flavour, really refreshing – and the best thing – great for you! I added a little bit more lime for even more of a zing!
1 Medium Parsnip
1 Lime (peeled)
4 Sprigs fresh Mint
Place ingredients in your juicer – put the lime in between bigger ingredients to ensure they are juiced properly – pour over a little ice if you like (or if you haven’t kept the fruit cold).
